
Cancellation Policy
We kindly require 48 hour’ notice for all cancellations and/or reschedulings.
Less than 48 hour notice may result in loss of deposit and/or cancellation fee up to amount of service price.
Late arrivals and no-shows are subject to cancellation, where the above policy is still applicable.
Covid Guidelines
Please do not bring any extra guest to appointment.
Reschedule if you are experiencing covid or flu-like symptoms.
If you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please wait 7-10 days before scheduling.
